Haseena was privileged & thankful enough be taught & trained by a 40 plus year seasoned professional within the industry, who taught her the ropes of making sales calls, to doing inspections & eventually working out in the field. Getting dirty with her past & previous crew she has learned that this industry is not just about getting rid of pests but by helping bring people peace of mind. Operations Manager
Robert is a highly trained & licensed professional and has been in the industry for over 15 plus years. Serving the greater areas of Toronto, SouthWestern & The Tri-Cities of Ontario he is well versed in the many techniques of the pest control industry. He is up-to-date on all protocol procedures and treatment requirements and is also a member of SPMAO & NPMA. He leads the CROWN Team on a Day-to-Day Basis with Guidance from the Ministry of Environment (MOE)
PCT Jay
On-Site Field Operations Manager
PCT Jay has been trained & licensed for the last 5 years. He is CROWN`s Bedbug Specialist having taken many courses on the cause, effect & treatment process he educates the entire CROWN team on new pest techniques, procedures & protocol requirements according to (MOE) & Health Canada. PCT Jay is also a member of SPMAO & NPMA.

dam has apprenticed under PCT Robert for many years. He is knowledgeable in many aspects of the pest control industry, he is currently enrolled in the Ontario Pesticide Training and Certification Program at the University of Guelph. CROWN wishes you GOOD LUCK & SUCCESS on your exam!

Gary is in-charge of our Environmental & Disposal Services (EVDS). He comes well-equipped with knowledge of many years of being in the Environmental & Disposal business. His attention to detail & his hands-on approach makes him an asset to CROWN`s Team!

Christina comes with a wealth of knowledge in the business administration world with a college degree. She has been with CROWN from day one. She is one of CROWN`s first point of contact, she runs the daily duties of the office from answering the lines to scheduling service calls for the pest control agents & even does local inspections! She is a truly dedicated professional that even moonlights out on the service field to see how treatments are conducted.
